Where is my ID/ Badge?
If you ordered an ID or badge, we first need to research your validation with your association or PSU file. Then, if you didn't send a picture, we need to get one, unless you just ordered a non-photo ID. Due to Homeland Security regs, we have to validate each request for an ID, which can take research time. If you didn't mention your specialty, we have to check both your PSU records and with the association to get your name correct and your ID issued with the right title.
If you ordered a badge, we have to do the same thing, and turnaround on badge orders is also from one to three weeks after you have been approved for your badge. If you ordered a complete package (badge, badge holder, association and grad ID), that package has to be coordinated with both the badge fulfillment center and the association for ID validation, as well as be approved due to your good standing at PSU. This is WORTH THE WAIT, because you badge and holder, with assn. ID, gives you the credibility you need with police, military clients, customers, vendors and other network resources that enhance your success!
