The most frequent CSR (Customer Service Request) we get is: "Will I make it in time to be grandfathered?" The answer is: YES! You're grandfathered from the moment you enroll, even if there are glitches in your email, or you take more time to complete a segment of your program. If you opened a CSR (the number in the subject of your course email) you can see the little chart below to track your progress. If you have a CSR number that shows a status you didn't know you've achieved, your email may be incorrect, bouncing, or our communications might be going into your spam folder. Or, we're still in the process of grading your exams or registering you with the associations, trades and bonding underwriters. Do NOT worry, you ARE grandfathered from the date of your enrollment even if you haven't heard from us while we register you! To track your progress: simple match your CSR number to the status in the chart below (also, see your CSR number in the subject of your confirmation or course email, or in any communication from us-- PLEASE use this same number in the subject of any communication to us for faster service. NOTE: your number will also have a dash (eg: 500-123, etc.) and you don't need the dash to check your progress below, but you do for communications. Often, people change emails or don't know they have an old one on file or with Paypal-- your CSR number helps us identify you, and helps you track your progress. REMEMBER: most online courses take 4 to 6 MONTHS, and yours only takes a month!!! So please be patient...

"My Status Shows Higher than I Realized! Am I OK?"
Your cert date is always grandfathered back to your date of enrollment. Your cert(s) are sent before your ship link expires in order to validate that date. Since there is no deadline on the return of your exam(s), you may receive your cert(s) before you expected them-- so be SURE to give us your correct name, email and address IMMEDIATELY upon enrollment, with your CSR number in the subject (or CSR 999 if you didn't get it).
99% of miscommunication is students not realizing they had an old or out of date Paypal email-- perhaps from an Ebay purchase or sale years ago! All our communications then go to that address, or go into spam (as in AOL), or are blocked (as in Earthlink). You think we're not communicating, when in fact, we've sent many messages you didn't get, and the first communication you think you got is then your certs when they arrive in the mail! This is NOT a problem, and we are happy to update your records at ANY time, and your date is STILL VALID!
With all the scams on the internet, we understand that those few enrollees who don't think we are communicating-- when we actually can't due to the above-- get worried. With hundreds of thousands of satisfied, successful grads, the tiny vocal minority who thought they didn't get a message get very angry. This is sad to us, as we're dedicated to our grad's success, financially and professionally, and you reaching your highest potential. We fund and partner with MANY of our grads through JV's with companies, trade associations, wholesalers and customers-- going FAR beyond the "outplacement" offered by many schools. We're keeping up with EVERY student even though we have record enrollments due to the tough economy and ominous new changes coming from DC. Don't worry if you think we've missed you, we haven't, and as the chart above shows, your exam is likely in grading, or our communication is in your spam folder or at a different email address than you expected!
