Message Received
The automated email let's our enrollees know their exam or message was received. If you keep getting that message, and keep emailing without a CSR number in your subject, your email address might be put into spam. Every message is reviewed by a real human, but only those with CSR numbers are answered personally. THIS SITE contains answers to many of the questions we get!
99% of problems either come from you not knowing that you are doing great and we are working frantically to get you graded, grandfathered and registered with the associations, vendors, partners, bonding agencies, etc. Or, you might be expecting info in one email, and using another email. Many times, our messages go into your spam folder, or your box is full, or you used a different email to enroll and we can't identify you.
Because of the many validation benefits you get after program completion, it takes time and a LOT of work to coordinate your records with your associations, trade vendors, networks, wholesalers, and many others! Be patient, this is a GOOD thing. Association membership itself, DISCOUNTED for PSU grads, can cost over $400 per year if you weren't linked in from our servers, depending on the association. Getting you listed and recorded, and then validated, requires we validate your email, research and approve your account, pay for your membership on your behalf, coordinate with your name, make sure your exam was received, make sure your cert is valid, and make sure all the other vendors, associations, networks etc. have the right info, all grandfathered to the correct enrollment date to comply with licensing regs.
