I got my cert early!
There are several reasons you might have gotten your cert(s) before you expected them:
1. We had to ship to meet grandfathering deadlines or before your ship link expired. Since there is no deadline on course completion, you simply have to return your exam(s) for validation.
2. All your course info went to the wrong email address due to an old email address, and the cert was the first communication you received, because your email was wrong, but your address was right. This also might be due to your spam settings, or using a spouse's or a company email address. NO WORRIES, just email us with your cert ID number in the subject to correct your email address and return your exam. PLEASE add mail@e-psu.com to your address book for future communications. Most communication problems are either bad or full email addressess, or impatience because you are in the process but we have no need to communicate with you as we're working through your certification, exam grading, association links, trade references, and many other benefits.
3. A LOT of changes are coming from DC soon. We do not want to wait to get you certified, and your enrollment is valid from the day you bought your course. You can take your time returning your exam(s) but we need to keep the process moving for YOUR sake!
