With over 10,000 students enrolled at any given time, we realize it can be frustrating working through ANY online certification process if you don't think you've received an element of what you ordered. Because much of the process happens behind the scenes, you may not realize that your exam was received and is in grading, your ID request is in process and being researched, or your cert is in the mail!
Most communication problems are due to one of three things:
1. You used an old email account, or friend or family member's email (often without knowing it), and all our communications are going to the wrong email account! This can also include Earthlink spam stopping all our emails (Add Mail@zpsu.com to your address book as soon as you enroll!); AOL putting all our communications into your spam folder, your address book being full, a free account (like AIM/ AOL) that was never validated with a validation link and our messages are bouncing back, etc. We ARE answering you, you just don't know it!
2. You MUST put your CSR number in the subject to get priority answers. We get thousands of inquiries each hour, including our share of spam. While we are busy in the background getting you certified to make grandfathering and ship link deadlines, you might not know we didn't get your message. THE PROCESS IS STILL GOING FORWARD even if you didn't hear back. If all else fails, email us using the general enrollee CSR in the subject of CSR 999. Our servers match emails to enrollees, and if you used one email to enroll, but are communicating from another, we have no way of knowing you are a grad or student! The CSR system helps this problem.
3. BE PATIENT! Even if you haven't heard anything in a while, the process is going forward. If you received the automated message, your email was routed to your advisor. If there is a problem, they will solve it, but given the above two issues, it can take time to research your name, email, exam, order, cert, association membership, etc. You get many BENEFITS no other program offers. But the downside of these benefits is that we also have to enroll you with partners, associations, other websites, vendors, networks, trade and wholesale sources, etc. which takes time and coordination of your information. If you used an old email address, or if you moved, etc. it can take research to sort this out and correct all the records down the line!
