Did I pass my exam?
All exams are pass/fail and we work with you UNTIL YOU DO pass. If you returned your exam and got the automated "message received" reply, your exam was received and is in grading. You will NOT hear from us if you passed, because your account will immediately go into a cert validated, good standing status for either cert issuance or research for your specialties, correct name, etc.
You WILL hear from us if you need remedial work. OR, if you selected a package, you need to let us know your specialty certs. Otherwise, no news IS GOOD NEWS, and you are in the process of cert validation, trade references, association sign up, etc. We do a LOT of work behind the scenes, because there are many associations, validations, partners, networks, etc. to coordinate once your successful exam is logged in.
Be patient, we're working on your process! You WILL receive a ship notice that your cert(s), additional materials, CD's, association ID's, badge, DVD's, etc. have shipped, including a delivery tracking and confirmation number.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CERT(S), YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN GOOD STANDING. This means you to NOT have to sit for the separate Sylvan or other Association exam for your specialty in order to use the association letters after your name and validate your credentials!
