I Can't Seem to Access my Course, where is it?
There are three formats for courses: 1. An email we send you with a private user ID and password for the course site. 2. A PDF file attached to an email we send you. 3. A DVD or CD for some courses.
If you did not get the email (they are always sent within 48 business hours of your order), it either went into your spam folder, or you used an email address that is old or is not working. WARNING: PURCHASERS SOMETIMES USE OLD EMAIL ADDRESSES! In those cases, your course(s) and ALL OUR NOTICES and communications went to a wrong email! Email us urgently here with the subject: Bad Email Address if you did not hear from us within 72 business hours of ordering.
If you got your email, and don't seem to be able to get into the course site, please note that the user ID (a single word, NOT your name or email), is always lower case (small letters), and the password is always a number. AOL and some other users can't get onto the course sites without the full HTTP://www. address.com/html.etc WITH ALL THE SLASHES! Be SURE to put the course address in with the FULL address if you use AOL. If you still can't get in, get on the web through another ISP, or get on with AOL, close the AOL browser, open another browser (IE, NN, Firefox, etc. which are free) and get on OUTSIDE of AOL. AOL is simply TERRIBLE about secure sites, spam, etc.
If your course is an attached PDF, double click it and it will open with Adobe reader. Nearly every computer now has Adobe reader, but if you don't, you can download it free at Adobe.com. Some ISPs (Charter, cable providers, etc.) cut off attachments and you have to add our address (mail at zpsu.com) to your address book to get attachments. DO THIS AS SOON AS YOU ORDER SO ONE OF OUR ATTEMPTS GETS THROUGH!
If all else fails, we do send a mail package to you within a week of your order and your account is still in good standing and your certs validated. You do NOT have to sit for a separate association exam once you get your cert! Click HERE for information on association certs, badges and IDs.
