Benefits and Returns from your PSU Purchase
Whether you have purchased an online guide, e-book, how to manual, course, association membership, bond, ID or many other products and services from the PSU Network, we are dedicated from day one to your success.
The moment you click "buy" on Paypal, Authorize, Google, etc., your email becomes your permanent ID. Within 3 business days (if your email is good), you will receive a CSR number in the subject of our first email to you, which gives you priority answers from your advisor, and distinguishes your email from the millions we get each year asking about details from non customers.
Google and Authorize.net use whatever email you give them, however, in some cases Google assigns their own email to you. Please send us your real email if you ordered on Google so we can be sure our attachments and other communications are getting through.
Paypal is often a problem if you forgot you had a previous Paypal account or purchase. What frequently happens-- and this is the source of 99% of the complaints we get about items not received-- is that a customer will, years ago, buy something on Ebay and not realize their old email is still at Paypal. Paypal innocently sends us that old email, which you no longer even use or know about, and it looks like we're not responding!
Please add this email address (Mail @ ZPSU.com) to your address book so your spam filter doesn't toss out your valuable e-books, courses, or communications, even if you are receiving physical products. Some services like AOL, Charter and Earthlink are terrible about rejecting attachments if you don't have us in your address book.
As soon as you order, we send part of your purchase funds to your association to begin the process of enrollment. If you are getting a new job, or starting a new business, you will want to add the initials of your association to the end of your name on your business card.
There are too many benefits you receive to fully list them here, but here are some examples. Some items require additional, inexpensive purchases and you must qualify to order by returning your exam if you ordered a course:

-- Trade references, certification and validation
Please note that some programs have varying levels of difficulty, and you need to choose how far you want to go. We give you the tools, but you need to use them properly for greatest advantage. You would be surprised, but on the same day we will receive two emails, one saying the material is too difficult, and another saying it is too easy! Your CSR advisor will work with you to be sure you succeed regardless of how far you want to go.
Very few States also require State exams, and in that case (for example, State certified master locksmith), we offer the best State exam prep guides available for your State (in this case, through ASLPA.org, the leading locksmith association). In most States, however, you just need to get your EIN (free and online at IRS.gov). In some cases you will need a local town or city business license, but not usually if you work out of your home. Both your PSU and Association cert will certify your professional status where this is required by your town or State. Your association membership frees you from having to sit for another exam in many States and professions.
Returns and Refunds
Because we send some of your purchase funds to your association, expend valuable resources in setting up your account and putting your name in the databases, and customize your materials, there are no returns or refunds after purchase. If you have a hardship case such as illness, military service, etc. we will give no questions asked refunds prorated to include what we spent with the association and setting up the account.
Please realize that this activity on your behalf happens the day you order and relying on your decision, and since our products, certifications and services are the least expensive anywhere, there is little margin of error if you simply change your mind.
Please be very careful about claiming unauthorized charges, fraud, etc. to request refunds-- law enforcement is notified if you claim you didn't purchase or want something you bought, not by us, but by the payment gateways, and often your own bank.
The saddest one we've seen in the 20 years we've been doing this is a young gentleman who claimed fraud and unauthorized charges, and when law enforcement contacted him, he said "My wife didn't authorize me to buy this, so I clicked unauthorized charge. She was angry I bought this without asking her." We of course tried to defend the poor guy... but you get the idea! Email us first if you have any questions or concerns, and we are dedicated to making you happy. Please withold judgment and assume value! Most of the complaints we get are from angry people who didn't realize we got a wrong email, their box was full, their ISP wouldn't allow us through, our communications are in a spam folder, etc.
Some courses have online, password protected components. These require a "normal" browser like Internet Explorer, and AOL often can't process secure sites. If you need AOL to get on the web, go ahead and get on, but then close the AOL browser and go to the site with IE or any other browser but AOL. Some people know very little about computers, yet they order online ebooks and courses! One poor young woman kept saying she couldn't get into an online site, even though we kept telling her the password was lower case. Finally, when we explained that that meant "small letters" she got in just fine. Don't laugh-- we all make mistakes, and please don't assume we're doing anything but trying to help your success! We're here for you even if it temporarily seems we're not.
In fact, every email that bounces gets an immediate physical, Priority Mail letter from us, stating there was a problem with the email. Some folks get all angry, then are sheepish and apologetic when they find out we've been trying to contact them for many days! Chill, trust, and we'll get this sorted out together, and as usual, YOU are always right, because YOU are the customer!!!! One customer got all angry, complained and sent really nasty emails and posts, and two months later found out that we had to validate his bonding request (from another provider) through AIG. We weren't vindictive, but are the largest underwriter for association bonds in the world, and what goes round comes round!
